Ric started at Sun Design as a Production Manager, bringing with him years of experience both in the field and behind the desk.  As such, Ric ensures that our carpentry and trade staff has what they need to effectively run their jobs, while simultaneously supporting our clients throughout their remodeling process. He does so by mastering our process and implementing it on each job. He serves as a mediator between the Design and Production Phases, as a client advocate. Additionally, Ric oversees the professional growth of our carpenters and mentors them, while managing project trade-walks, estimate reviews, and special-order reviews.

Ric brings with him over 30 years of experience in various disciplines of the residential and commercial construction industry. He began as an estimator for NVR Building Products Company in 1987, moved on to work in customer service at MaxWorldwide, and in 2003 started his own home remodeling company called Fowler Remodeling & Design, LLC. He has practice in all the roles that can make-or-break a positive and successful client experience.

When asked why he chose Sun Design as the next step in his career, Ric said, “I came to work here because I needed a job and thought that I could help.
