Project Overview
The owners wanted more space in their split-level home, desiring a larger area for formal entertaining. Their kitchen felt cramped and was being used as an office. They had no bathroom on the main level and no foyer for greeting guests.
Adding an addition to the main level enlarged the kitchen while giving them two new rooms, a new powder room, and a welcoming foyer. A covered porch was added for an enhanced look to their forever home.
