Project Overview

In McLean, VA, the clients wanted to enhance both the functionality and aesthetic of their primary bathroom. The previous layout featured two separate vanities, one inside the water closet, which limited accessibility to the toilet. Additionally, the oversized combo tub/shower was not practical for daily use.

The remodeled bathroom now features a thoughtfully reconfigured layout with a double bowl vanity paired with a storage tower, offering ample organization space. A separate water closet provides improved privacy, while the large walk-in shower adds modern luxury. The walk-in closet was also expanded for enhanced storage and ease of use.

The cabinetry, crafted by Shiloh by WW Wood in maple with a Cayenne finish and mocha glaze, features the Hanover door style and soft-close full-extension drawers for a refined, functional touch. The countertops are Ivory Chiffon granite, paired with Moen Voss 8″ widespread chrome faucets.

The walk-in shower includes a Moen Velocity rainhead and Arris rainshower arm, set over a mosaic Khaki sliced pebble floor. The bathroom and shower walls showcase Estonia White Natural Woodplank 6″x48″ porcelain tile, laid in a ½ running bond pattern, complemented by Pearl-colored grout. The flooring throughout the space continues the Estonia White woodplank porcelain tile for a seamless, spa-like feel.
