Project Overview
In this Leesburg, VA, multi-generational home, our clients wanted a private retreat where they could relax and unwind. Initially, they thought an addition would be necessary, but during our discovery process, we found a more efficient solution. By repurposing the garage and a small bedroom, we were able to create a luxurious primary suite wing without expanding the footprint.
The suite now features a comfortable sitting area with a raised gas fireplace and large picture windows that fill the space with natural light. The primary bathroom was designed with elegance and functionality in mind, showcasing rich espresso cabinetry, ample storage, and a spacious walk-in tile shower with high-end finishes. Every detail contributes to a retreat-like ambiance, offering the clients the personal space they desired.
