In Fairfax, VA, this primary suite remodel reimagined underutilized space to create a more functional and personalized experience for both homeowners. What was once a rarely used 10’ x 12’ sitting room, along with a small reach-in closet, has been thoughtfully transformed into a spacious, boutique-style primary closet designed for everyday ease and organization.

The new layout allows for clearly defined “his” and “hers” dressing areas, giving each homeowner significantly more room and improved storage. The expanded primary closet features custom built-ins with a mix of hanging space, shelving, and drawer storage, all tailored to support a streamlined daily routine. At the center, a custom island adds both beauty and function, complete with dedicated jewelry organization and a built-in hamper for added convenience. Elevated finishes, clean lines, and intentional detailing create a polished, cohesive space that feels both luxurious and highly practical.
