The Fairfax Station, VA homeowners wanted a welcoming, private space for their father and father-in-law, who travels from California to stay with them for months at a time. With two young children in the house, they also envisioned a flexible area that could double as a fun sleepover spot when Grandpa is back home. Our award-winning design build remodeling firm created a luxury home addition in Northern Virginia that blends seamlessly with the existing architecture. This high-end room addition in NOVA offers a comfortable bedroom, bath, and lounge area—perfect for extended family visits.
