Residential Bath

No Added Square Footage I Alexandria, VA

Project Overview

In Alexandria, VA, these homeowners sought to modernize their traditional-style home with a bathroom renovation that blends timeless elegance with daily functionality. The new design focuses on creating a serene, organized space that enhances their morning routine. Custom Shiloh maple cabinetry in a rich cocoa finish adds warmth, featuring New Haven style doors and 5-piece dovetailed drawers with soft-close Blum guides for a seamless experience. Carrara White marble countertops with a subtle eased edge and a 4-inch backsplash bring classic luxury to the space.

The shower is clad in Atlas Concorde Marvel 12″ x 24″ tiles arranged in a ½ running bond pattern, complemented by bright white grout for a clean, polished look. The flooring throughout the bathroom and shower is Crossville Gotham porcelain tile, providing durability and contemporary style. The result is a thoughtfully reconfigured bathroom that feels both timeless and perfectly tailored to the homeowners’ lifestyle.
