Project Overview
The primary bedroom has been relocated to allow a primary suite that has doubled in size. A primary closet has been added, that includes a laundry space for ease, to connect the primary bath and bedroom while creating a transition space for daily chores and morning/evening routines. Previously a small secondary bedroom that was used for storage with views to the outdoors, has presented the perfect spot to place the primary bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub to sit amongst the wooded views. With the original primary bathroom measuring approximately 42 square feet, the newly relocated primary bathroom now measures 153 square feet.
