Pam joined Sun Design Remodeling in 2021 and now serves as our Human Resource Experience (HRE) Coordinator, a role that perfectly blends her love of people, organization, and creativity. She leads employee engagement efforts, coordinates internal events, and keeps communication flowing across teams, helping create a workplace where everyone feels connected, appreciated, and supported. Pam also provides cross-departmental support in administration and accounting, bringing her trademark attention to detail and calm, positive presence to everything she does.

What truly drives Pam is her passion for relationships. She believes that being a kind, reliable, and encouraging presence—whether for teammates or clients—can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day. Her natural warmth, paired with a knack for keeping many moving parts organized, makes her an essential part of the Sun Design experience.

Pam’s diverse professional background includes time in a tax accountant’s office, an art gallery, and a veterinary clinic, all of which shaped her strengths in communication and problem-solving. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and a Master’s in Art and Business from the University of Aberdeen.

Outside of work, Pam runs a small art business creating watercolor and mixed-media illustrations and loves traveling whenever she gets the chance, always seeking new inspiration along the way.
