Jorge began at Sun Design in 2011 as one of our Lead Carpenters and since, has grown into the role of Project Manager. Jorge’s primary goal is to cultivate and maintain trust and reliability with every client throughout the production phase of their remodel. He does this by coordinating crucial milestones prior to the start of construction and will then handle all project details from start to final completion. Jorge interacts and communicates with our clients regularly, in order to keep them aware and appraised of all activity and progress happening in their homes. As well, he oversees a team of production staff, to ensure that they have the proper tools and training to be successful. Jorge believes in the importance of hitting all four of Sun Design Targets of Truth, Fun, & Charity; Exceptional Experience; Growth of Individual; and Financial Wisdom, which benefits our clients and Sun Design alike.

When asked why he decided to join the Sun Design team, Jorge said, “I love that my job allows me to meet so many people, and actually become friends with our client’s! It is very satisfying to know that you can do something to help improve people’s lives, especially when you get to know them and their family and their story.”

When he’s not on the job, Jorge enjoys spending quality time with his daughters and exploring new places!
