Jessie joined Sun Design in July 2025 after hearing about the company’s reputation for years—and knowing she wanted to be part of a team that values integrity, collaboration, and doing right by its clients. With a master’s degree in Education and licensure as a school counselor in Virginia, Jessie brings over a decade of experience helping people articulate their needs, navigate important decisions, and feel truly heard.

After years serving families in Fairfax County Public Schools as both a teacher and counselor, Jessie followed her passion for design and sales—an ideal blend of creativity, communication, and problem-solving. As Sun Design’s Director of First Impressions, her ultimate goal is simple yet powerful: to ensure every potential client feels valued from the very first interaction.

Jessie thrives in the consultation phase of a project, where she asks thoughtful questions, listens closely, and helps homeowners clarify their goals and dreams for their space. She considers it a privilege to guide clients through the early stages of their remodeling journey—showing them not only how Sun Design can meet their needs, but how the team consistently goes above and beyond expectations. Clear, reliable communication throughout consultation, design, and production is one of the strengths she values most about the Sun Design process.

What Jessie loves most is sharing in a client’s excitement—helping them put words to their vision and watching that vision begin to take shape.

Outside of work, Jessie enjoys spending time with her family, exploring old towns, and discovering new places. And for a fun fact? She has a soft spot for old cowboy ballads.
